Please read these terms carefully before using any RDPSchool services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service provided by RDPSchool ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

2. Services

RDPSchool provides VPS hosting, Windows RDP, and Dedicated Server services. All services are provided on a subscription basis. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services for any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Sending spam, unsolicited bulk email, or engaging in phishing attacks
  • Hosting, distributing, or transmitting malware, viruses, or any malicious code
  • Conducting DDoS attacks, port scanning, or network intrusion
  • Hosting illegal content including but not limited to child exploitation material
  • Cryptocurrency mining without explicit written permission
  • Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Reselling services without prior written authorization from RDPSchool
  • Circumventing security measures or accessing systems without authorization

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

4. Payment and Billing

All services are billed in advance on a subscription cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually as selected). You agree to:

  • Pay all charges incurred under your account at the prices in effect when they occur
  • Ensure your payment method remains valid and up to date
  • Accept that services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment after a grace period

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Service Level Agreement

RDPSchool commits to a 99.99% network uptime SLA. Details of uptime commitments, scheduled maintenance windows, and service validity extension terms for downtime are outlined in our SLA Policy. Scheduled maintenance periods are not considered downtime. No monetary credits or refunds are issued for downtime; the sole remedy is a validity extension on the affected server, applied only upon a customer-submitted ticket.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time. RDPSchool reserves the right to terminate or suspend services immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Breach of these Terms and Conditions
  • Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Activities that may cause harm to RDPSchool, its infrastructure, or other customers

Upon termination, all data stored on your server may be permanently deleted. We strongly recommend maintaining your own backups.

7. Data Loss & Backup Policy

In the event of a disk failure, hardware malfunction, or any other infrastructure-level incident, data stored on the affected server may be permanently and irrecoverably lost. RDPSchool does not guarantee the recovery of any data under such circumstances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining your own data backups. While RDPSchool may perform infrastructure-level backups as a complimentary service, the following limitations apply:

  • Backup availability, completeness, and restorability are not guaranteed
  • Complimentary backups must not be treated as a substitute for your own backup strategy
  • RDPSchool reserves the right to modify or discontinue complimentary backup services at any time without notice

RDPSchool shall not be held liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from disk failure, hardware issues, or any other infrastructure-related incident. By using our services, you acknowledge this risk and accept full responsibility for data backup and recovery.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RDPSchool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to RDPSchool in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RDPSchool, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and service names on this website are the property of RDPSchool. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active customers of material changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
